DigitStore is an automated digital storage system from SEHON that can be used to intelligently manage, issue and order small parts and consumables. The DigitStore storage system enables companies to issue goods to employees in a fully automated, targeted and controlled manner via digital access authorizations. With DigitStore, companies save costs and time in warehousing and purchasing, material flows become transparent and material consumption is reduced. DigitStore is ideal for automotive businesses, workshops and body and paint stores, which traditionally have to purchase and issue a relatively large number of small parts and consumables and usually have to manage them manually. Material access 24\/7<\/strong><\/p>\n

The DigitStore enables access to the warehouse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, i.e. around the clock.
\nOperation is no longer dependent on whether or not staff are available in the warehouse to issue materials, i.e. operation is independent of the warehouse staff’s working hours.
\nThe round-the-clock availability of the warehouse is particularly advantageous if work is carried out in single or multiple shifts or at weekends and on public holidays, and regulated material access must be guaranteed. <\/p>\n

Controllable warehouse<\/strong><\/p>\n

Many warehouses, mainly for small parts and consumables, are open warehouses that can be accessed by practically anyone in the company.
\nA concrete evaluation of who has removed how much material for what purpose is not possible, or only very imprecisely, in the case of open warehouses.
\nAccess to the stock in the DigitStore is only possible with individual access authorizations.
